SECRETARY

Dr R. Ponnappan, an Air Force Veteran belongs to Ernakulam Dist. He holds degrees such as DDE, M.Phil, and D.Litt. (Edn). He was the Technical Trainer in Aviation, Ground equipment and Swimming Pool Administrative Supervisor.

During his service, he took part in various missions in different parts of country. After his retirement, he is involved  in various social activities – Protect Nature, campaign for chemical free vegetables and fruits.

 Currently, he is serving as the Cluster Head of ICCS, GST and Income Tax Trainer.  Furthermore, he holds the position of District Joint Secretary for  National Ex-Servicemen Co-ordination Committee in Ernakulam. He also writes columns in various magazines about organic farming.
